Open Arms is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week by calling 1800 011 046. We provide free and confidential counselling, group programs and lived experience peer support to anyone who has served at least one day in the Navy, Army or Air Force, and their families including those who are transitioning from the ADF or are veterans. Many Open Arms counsellors are veterans and can help you with issues specifically related to military service. Our services also include mental health training programs, suicide prevention and resilience training, and crisis accommodation support.

Intensive team-based specialist assessment and intervention (typically state/territory mental health services) with involvement from a range of different mental health professionals including case managers, psychiatrists, allied health workers, and GPs. Includes a high level of risk, disability or complexity.
