A mental health coaching service for those 16 and over, experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression, accessible by phone or videoconferencing. We assess your main problem, explain the treatment process and set some goals. The following week we link you up with an appropriate workbook which we work through together, week by week. This evidence-based has around a 70% success rate!

Intensive team-based specialist assessment and intervention (typically state/territory mental health services) with involvement from a range of different mental health professionals including case managers, psychiatrists, allied health workers, and GPs. Includes a high level of risk, disability or complexity.
