A men's only class - run by a male physiotherapist and sports trainer. The aim of the strength and stretch class is to prevent injuries, reduce back pain, become stronger, and improve posture and balance.
The program may not be suitable to participants with dementia, cognitive impairment, potentially post-surgery depending on severity, or those with walking aids -please call the practice to find out if your impairment prevents you from participating in this class.

Intensive team-based specialist assessment and intervention (typically state/territory mental health services) with involvement from a range of different mental health professionals including case managers, psychiatrists, allied health workers, and GPs. Includes a high level of risk, disability or complexity.
