About

A registered health promotion charity that offers a free outdoor, physical exercise and mental health support program in seven locations locally and as online live streams. We support social connection and self-care for mental health issues, in particular anxiety and depression. Face-to-face sessions and live streams may include a combination of yoga, boxing, cross-training, mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork. Participants are offered access to a 7-episode self-paced mental health program online with optional attendance at a live Q&A facilitated by a Clinical Psychologist.
