Human First is an online psychology clinic dedicated to making quality mental health care accessible, compassionate, and effective for everyone. Founded by psychologist Melissa Beasley, Human First was created to remove barriers to therapy—so no matter where you live, support is just a click away.
We offer evidence-based online therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, and more. Our psychologists use approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help clients work through challenges and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
At Human First, we believe therapy should fit around real life—not the other way around. That’s why we provide flexible telehealth appointments you can access from the comfort of your home, whether you’re in a regional town or a busy city. Every session is confidential, secure, and focused on your unique goals and wellbeing. Guided by fairness, equity, and respect, our mission is to empower people to overcome life’s challenges and live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Because before anything else, you’re human first.
