The Hope4u Foundation supports those in The Hawkesbury and Blue Mountains that have experienced any trauma related issue and also specialises in grief and loss for families and individuals of those who have lost loved ones to suicide.
A weekly online suicide grief support group runs every Monday from 6pm to 7pm are facilitated by founder and Registered Nurse Diane Russell.
