Mental Health/Disability Day Programe Service - Blacktown Monday to Friday, Thursday - Richmond Neighbourhood Centre 10am - 3pm Our Day Programs offers a summary of activities - movie days, fishing, walking groups etc, Supportive safe environment meeting others for Psychosocial Activities. HHCC is a registers NDIS provider. HHCC also provides and one to one support service to assist with accessing the communty or assistance around the home.

Intensive team-based specialist assessment and intervention (typically state/territory mental health services) with involvement from a range of different mental health professionals including case managers, psychiatrists, allied health workers, and GPs. Includes a high level of risk, disability or complexity.
