I enjoy using a holistic and client-centered approach to help identify and harness each client's strengths and develop a range of strategies to build confidence, resilience, assertiveness and growth. Evidence-based tools are used to help clients overcome dysfunction, distress, low self-esteem and inner turmoil. Face-to-face sessions available in Jamisontown (near Penrith) and the Blue Mountains, Lawson. Telehealth and Zoom sessions are available for clients anywhere in Australia. I work with clients who’ve experienced trauma in childhood or as an adult, including domestic violence. I also see clients with ADHD, Anxiety / Panic Attacks, behavioural problems, ODD Autism (ASD), Bipolar Mood Disorder, Borderline Personality, Burnout, Carer Support, Childhood Issues, Depression, Emotional Regulation issues, Family / Parenting, PTSD, Self Development, Sexual Abuse, Social Skills, Stress Management, Trauma Recovery. I use research-driven, family-focused therapy approaches to build strength, resilience and growth of children, parents and the family unit. Some of these modalities include Art Therapy, Attachment Theory, CBT, DBT, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Internal Family Systems, Meditation, Mindfulness, Person Centred, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, Sandplay Therapy, Solution Oriented, Somatic Psychotherapy, Trauma-Informed Practise.
