The Adele Program is an integrated residential rehabilitation program, that not only focuses on the client's personal needs, health and well-being, but also teaches clients important living skills and employment training. It is a 30 bed drug rehabilitation service for men that runs a long-term (12 months) program based on the 12 Step Program.
Eligibility
Men with drug or alcohol and/or mental health issues.
Cost
$130 for a bed per day and therefore require funding support for people who cannot pay.

ONE80TC provide one-on-one treatment with an Alcohol and Other Drugs counsellor or case worker, relapse prevention, assessment and aftercare for clients recovering from alcohol and other drug addictions or other life controlling issues.
The service involves intake, assessment, and treatment planning for a program of support over approximately 6 months.
The aim of the program is to prevent relapse. Clients should have completed some form of rehabilitation or detoxification treatment prior to entering the program.

The Alcohol & Other Drugs (AOD) Continuing Coordinated Care (CCC) Program provides a free and confidential service for people who are struggling to address their drug or alcohol issues. Hello Sunday Morning’s mission is to change Australia’s relationship with alcohol. Hello Sunday Morning’s main way of doing this is through building scalable evidence-based programs that support high-risk drinkers to change their drinking patterns. We operate an evidence-based alcohol behaviour change program called Daybreak. This program:
- supports risky, moderate and high-risk drinkers with the necessary support and tools to change their relationship with alcohol;

The Central Intake Line is the central access point for drug and alcohol services in the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District. Upon ringing the line, the administrator will determine the purpose of the call, depending on whether the client is searching for detoxification, counselling or groups. The Opioid Treatment Program provides medical and nursing assessments, treatment and case management to people who are dependent on opiates. The opioid treatment program is provided from three specialist outpatient clinics at Nepean Hospital, Blue Mountains Hospital and Lithgow Community Health Centre. The three clinics cater to patients who are new to treatment or to those who have very complicated needs. The clinics are supported by nursing, medical and psychological staff.
Medication is given from the clinic daily (seven days a week) and no takeaway doses are given. All patients in the opioid treatment program will be assigned a case manager and have access to other services (such as the drugs in pregnancy service, psychological support, Hepatitis C clinics, child and family health clinics and group programs). People who are in need of treatment may contact the clinics directly or the Drug and Alcohol Central Intake line and make an appointment to speak to one of the nurses about treatment options. People who are eligible to join the opioid treatment program will be given an appointment with one of the specialist clinical doctors. When patients have stabilised on their medication and are ready for a community chemist, they can receive continued support from drug and alcohol staff based in their community health centres.

The Ted Noffs Foundation provides an outreach counselling service to young people between the ages of 12 and 25, their family and carers, who have difficulties with their own or others' alcohol and drug use.
