Carer Support Group
A monthly support group for people who provide care for a loved one with an injury / disability or mental health illness, someone who is frail aged or someone who resides in an aged care system. On the 2nd Monday of every month between 11am – 1pm, come along for a coffee and a chat with other carers from the Penrith LGA.

Have you lost someone to suicide? Come along to a self help bereavement support group. Our mission is to provide information about the challenges of suicide in the community and in turn assist in reducing the occurrence of suicide and provide a safe and supported space for those bereaved by suicide.

Held on the 3rd Sunday of each month at the Mid Mountains Neighbourhood Centre in Lawson. All people with Bipolar disorder and/or carers are welcome.
