Have you lost someone to suicide? Come along to a self help bereavement support group. Our mission is to provide information about the challenges of suicide in the community and in turn assist in reducing the occurrence of suicide and provide a safe and supported space for those bereaved by suicide.

Held on the 3rd Sunday of each month at the Mid Mountains Neighbourhood Centre in Lawson. All people with Bipolar disorder and/or carers are welcome.

The day will include activities including face painting, arts and crafts, sensory activity stations, a jumping castle and plenty of information from local services.
