The theme for this year’s Mental Health Month is SHARE THE JOURNEY and Fusion Western Sydney will be running fun activities in the Fusion Cafe, St Marys to raise awareness of the importance of connecting with others and telling your friends and family when things are a bit tough. Come along to the cafe during the day and share something to eat, share a coffee, share a game, share a walk, share a laugh, share a tune.

Have you lost someone to suicide? Come along to a self help bereavement support group. Our mission is to provide information about the challenges of suicide in the community and in turn assist in reducing the occurrence of suicide and provide a safe and supported space for those bereaved by suicide.

Held on the 3rd Sunday of each month at the Mid Mountains Neighbourhood Centre in Lawson. All people with Bipolar disorder and/or carers are welcome.
