The Mental Health Navigation Tool was developed in response to a significant need in the region, for people to be able to access the right mental health services to meet their needs quickly and easily. It is designed for people experiencing mental health problems and their carers, who are living in the Hawkesbury, Blue Mountains, Lithgow and Penrith regions.

The Navigation Tool provides a single online point of reference for over 200 locally available services, with a simple interface that makes it easy to find the most relevant information within a few clicks.

It has been developed by Partners in Recovery staff, in collaboration with mental health consumers, carers and the wider community.

Partners In Recovery is a Commonwealth-funded initiative that provides coordinated support to people with severe, long-term mental health problems and complex needs. It is delivered collaboratively by Wentworth Healthcare (provider of the Nepean Blue Mountains PHN) as lead agency, Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District, NSW Department of Family and Community Services, Aftercare, Flourish Australia and Parramatta Mission.

Please note we are not a crisis support service. Should you require immediate emergency assistance, please call 000 or contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
