LONG TERM RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM for Men and Women.
ONE80TC’s Residential Programs help men and women in their journey of recovery to break the cycle of drug and alcohol addictions and other life controlling issues. An opportunity to rebuild their lives with a positive attitude, responsibility and trust.
Our 12 month rehabilitation program is run as a therapeutic community and includes:
Assessment, Intake, Transition (Group therapy), Stage work (including CBT & DBT), Family Support, Caseworker, Medical GP, Psychologist, Daily/Weekly clinical treatment reviews, Aftercare support,
Training courses - First aid & Suicide prevention, TAFE – Horticulture, Diploma & Cert 1V. Exit preparation,
State Debt Work development orders, Family training (FUSION), Community service,
Meetings with support services (housing, FACS etc) and Graduation.
Being a client centred program we gain weekly feedback and input from the therapeutic community to modify the program to meet the needs of individuals and the group.
AFTERCARE OUTREACH PROGRAM
The Aftercare Outreach Program provides individual weekly case management for those who wish to be held accountable to stay clean and sober as part of their recovery or detox journey. Program is available via onsite visit (located in Kingswood), phone or video call.
Publicly available mental health information and self-help resources.
Self-help resources and low intensity interventions, including digital mental health, group and peer supports.
A mix of self-help resources, including digital mental health and low intensity interventions. Also psychological services for individuals who require them.
High intensity services including periods of intensive intervention that may involve multidisciplinary support. Where issues may be persistent or episodic without a high level of risk, complexity or disability.
Intensive team-based specialist assessment and intervention (typically state/territory mental health services) with involvement from a range of different mental health professionals including case managers, psychiatrists, allied health workers, and GPs. Includes a high level of risk, disability or complexity.
