As an approved NDIS and Aged Care provider, we offer dementia care, autism support, behaviour support, domestic assistance, personal care, life skills support, community engagement and post-operative care – and we do it all with heart. We strongly believe that care should be centered around you and your family. Intensive team-based specialist assessment and intervention (typically state/territory mental health services) with involvement from a range of different mental health professionals including case managers, psychiatrists, allied health workers, and GPs. Includes a high level of risk, disability or complexity.
