About

Safe Space is a place for people who are experiencing suicidal thoughts or emotional distress to walk in and sit alongside trained volunteers who have a lived experience of suicide. Volunteers provide a compassionate response in a quieter, calmer and more comfortable environment than hospital-based services. Safe Space can be accessed anonymously and guests visiting the space can expect to be listened to with empathy and without judgement.
