BANC supports activities and services that enhance communities. We do this through the provision of programs that empower people to improve the quality of their life and realise their potential. We seek to be inclusive, help people connect, and build community resilience.
Neighbourhood Centre provides services such as bus trips for seniors, free computer / device training, help with food, community pantry, food vouchers and utility bills (EAPA vouchers), No Interest Loans, Tax Help, Events, workshops and groups, Bushfire and Emergency Preparedness support.
Blackheath Cares; programs connecting volunteers with people in need in the community.
BANC Access creates opportunities for people with disabilities to live the lives they want in the upper Blue Mountains.
BANC Access is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme Provider delivering NDIS supports including:
BOOSH; Before and After School and Vacation Care Programs. BOOSH provides care for children before, after and during school holidays. BOOSH is available to all families with school-aged children. BOOSH caters for up to 30 school-aged children. We are a fully-accredited service and Child Care Subsidy is available for eligible parents.

A mix of self-help resources, including digital mental health and low intensity interventions. Also psychological services for individuals who require them.
High intensity services including periods of intensive intervention that may involve multidisciplinary support. Where issues may be persistent or episodic without a high level of risk, complexity or disability.
Intensive team-based specialist assessment and intervention (typically state/territory mental health services) with involvement from a range of different mental health professionals including case managers, psychiatrists, allied health workers, and GPs. Includes a high level of risk, disability or complexity.
